Gail D. Fosler

Fosler is the President of the Gail Fosler Group LLC. She is a former President, Trustee and Chief Economist of The Conference Board, and is a member of The Conference Board’s Global Advisory Council. Previously, she was Deputy Staff Director and Chief Economist of the U.S. Senate Budget Committee.

Dan Mitchell

Mitchell co-founded the International Liberty Blog, and is Co-Founder of the Center for Freedom and Prosperity. Dan was formerly a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute, a Senior Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, an economist for Senator Bob Packwood and the Senate Finance Committee, and a Director of Tax and Budget Policy at Citizens for a Sound Economy.

Rob Shapiro

Dr. Shapiro is Founder of Sonecon. He is also a Fellow of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. Before founding Sonecon, Dr. Shapiro was the Under Secretary of Commerce for Economic Affairs (1997–2001). Before that, he was Co-Founder and Vice President of the Progressive Policy Institute, Legislative Director and Economic Counsel for Senator Daniel P. Moynihan. He was also principal economic adviser to Bill Clinton in his 1992 campaign, and an economic adviser to President Clinton and senior members of the Obama administration.

McClellan is a partner at Covington & Burling. He has over 35 years of experience in tax policy and technical tax analysis, having spent 16 years in private practice before serving as Tax Counsel on the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. A member of the Tax and the Public Policy and Government Affairs practices, his practice focuses on federal tax legislation.
